I end the year with my online business predictions for 2010.

I'm not one to make predictions normally - I usually leave that for the Internet Marketing "Gurus" or our own Allison Reynolds (she has a nose for changes in online business), but these are some of the things I think are becoming more important and/or vital for online businesses.
